Immigration practitioner, educator and researcher committed to making Canadian immigration information more transparent and usable.
Ankita is the founder of Immigracia Visa Consulting Inc. and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with the Immigration and Refugee Board licence. Her immigration research began in 2020, and this library brings together ImmReps and ATIP material dating back to 2020. She teaches Canadian immigration and citizenship law as an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University and serves on the faculty at Ashton College.
A valedictorian of UBC’s Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures, Ankita is also pursuing a Doctor of Education at Northeastern University. Her research and professional presentations explore immigration decision-making, ATIP records, Federal Court guidance and more transparent advising practices.
